About
Ambition Pad

Ambition Pad is built and run by Finnovetech. We gather remote jobs from company career pages through the day, put them on one searchable board and send you to the company’s own site to apply.

Why we built it

Remote roles are scattered across thousands of company career pages. Most job seekers find them late, through reposts that link to other reposts, or not at all.

Ambition Pad collects those openings as companies publish them, keeps the details that matter (the region a role is open to, the job type, the salary when the company shares it) and links every listing back to the employer’s own application page.

Alongside the board we publish guides on getting hired remotely and getting paid from abroad, and we run a talent pool so companies hiring through Ambition Pad can find you.

How the talent pool matches you

When you join, your profile is scored against each role a company posts on Ambition Pad. These are the exact weights the matcher uses, out of 100.

Role: how closely your target role matches the job title. Skills: skills on your profile that the job asks for. Experience: your seniority against the level the role needs. Work style: remote, hybrid or on-site preference. Location: where you are against where the role is open.

What you can rely on

You apply on the company’s own site.

For every listing we collect, Apply takes you to the employer’s official careers page. We never apply on your behalf.

Browsing needs no account.

Search and read every listing without signing up. An account is only for saving jobs and joining the talent pool.

Job seekers never pay.

Searching the board, saving jobs, joining the talent pool and applying are all free.

Every listing shows when we found it.

The board is time-stamped, so you can tell a role found this morning from one that has been open for weeks.
