Sadie is building voice AI for hotels. Sadie answers guest calls 24/7, shares property information, quotes real-time availability and rates, and books and manages reservations.

We’re looking for someone in Australia to grow Sadie across holiday parks, caravan parks, and holiday park groups. You’ll own the segment from start to finish: the sales strategy, the pipeline, the demos and the close.

You’ll work remotely from Australia as part of Sadie’s global Sales & Partnerships team, which works across several international markets with Marketing, Product and senior leadership. You’ll decide which parks and groups to go after, how to approach them, and which associations and events are worth your time. You’ll also help shape how Sadie goes to market in Australia.

AI should be part of how you work. Use it to research accounts, draft outreach, prepare for calls and analyse your pipeline. You’re responsible for the quality of the result.

What we value

Sound judgement and attention to detail.

Taking responsibility and finishing work without being chased.

Understanding how the customer’s business runs and caring about their results.

Curiosity, and a willingness to change an approach that isn’t working.

Saying what’s true about a deal, even when the forecast looks worse for it.

Initiative and accountability across a team spread over several markets.

What you’ll do

Build and run the holiday park pipeline

Most of your time goes here. You’ll create new business through outbound prospecting and work the inbound leads that come in. That means mapping the market yourself: independent parks, caravan parks and the groups that run several sites, along with who makes the buying decision at each.

You’ll decide where to focus and how to reach each account, and you’ll keep an accurate record of every deal and where it stands. When a channel or message stops working, you’ll change it before it costs you a quarter.

Run demos that answer an operator’s real questions

A park owner wants to know what happens when a guest calls at 9pm asking about a powered site for the long weekend. You’ll run demos that show this clearly, using their own situation where you can.

Owners and managers will ask how Sadie works with the property management system, booking engine and reservation tools they already use. You’ll answer accurately and take any questions you can’t answer to Product instead of guessing.

Close deals and manage the full cycle

You’ll take deals from first conversation through to a signed agreement. That covers qualification, demos, proposals, follow-ups and negotiation, with single parks and with multi-site groups.

Group deals take longer and involve more people. You’ll work out who needs to say yes, what each of them cares about, and what would stall the deal, then plan around it.

Build relationships across the holiday park industry

You’ll get to know park owners, operators and management groups, and stay in touch beyond the sale. You’ll find the industry associations that matter, attend relevant events, and decide which ones earn a place in the plan.

Over time, these relationships should turn into referrals, introductions to groups and a reputation for Sadie in the sector. Building that is part of the job, alongside closing deals.

Help shape Sadie’s go-to-market in Australia

You’ll be the person closest to Australian holiday park buyers, and Sadie’s strategy here will draw on what you learn. You’ll share with Marketing which messages work, tell Product what operators ask for, and tell senior leadership where the opportunity is largest.

What you’ll bring

3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality SaaS, holiday park technology or accommodation management solutions.

A strong understanding of the Australian holiday park industry and the operational problems parks deal with.

A record of building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting.

Experience running the full sales cycle through to close.

You can run a clear demo for an owner who isn’t technical and doesn’t have much time.

You’re comfortable developing a market on your own, without a finished playbook.

You follow up, keep your commitments and keep customer relationships going after the contract is signed.

You keep your forecast honest and can explain why each deal sits where it does.

You use AI tools in your sales work and check what they produce.

Useful experience

Selling to holiday parks, caravan parks or accommodation groups

Familiarity with property management systems, booking engines and reservation technology used in the sector

Existing relationships with park owners, operators or management groups

Involvement with holiday park or caravan industry associations

Closing multi-site deals with park groups

Selling AI, voice or communications products

Opening a new territory for a company entering a market

Who will enjoy this role

You hear an owner say the phone rings all day in school holidays and nobody can get to it, and you already know which three parks nearby have the same problem. You like turning one conversation into a list of accounts to pursue.

In one week you might run two demos, call a dozen parks that have never heard of Sadie, plan a group deal with several decision-makers, and decide whether a regional industry event is worth the trip.

The hard parts are real. You’ll be building this market largely on your own, and most of your colleagues work in other time zones. Many park owners haven’t bought AI before, so early deals will take patience and repeated conversations.
