As Web Designer, you will help translate Avam’s scientific and product story into clear, engaging digital experiences. You will work across marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to create web experiences that support product launches, strengthen brand consistency, and make technical content more accessible and effective for a range of audiences.
Responsibilities
Design responsive web pages from initial concepts through polished, production-ready layouts.
Create landing pages and digital assets supporting product launches and campaigns.
Maintain consistent visual design across Avam’s websites and digital brand touchpoints.
Collaborate with marketing and scientific teams to present technical content clearly.
Improve website usability, accessibility, performance, and mobile responsiveness across devices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience designing responsive websites for technical or product brands.
A strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual design, usability, and responsive layouts.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite for web design workflows, including developer handoff in Figma.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility standards, and web performance principles.
Experience working with design systems, WordPress, and Webflow.
Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear digital experiences.
Experience partnering closely with marketing teams and product launch stakeholders.
Experience in biotechnology is a plus.
Experience working closely with scientific subject-matter experts is a bonus.
