We are seeking a Senior Analyst who thrives in high-velocity environments and possesses the technical toolkit to turn complex data into operational strategy. You aren't just managing a budget; you are deep in the data—using SQL to extract insights and Excel to build the frameworks that will guide our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a rigorous analytical thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to drive impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven business.
Key Responsibilities
Scaling & Strategic Modeling: Build and iterate on complex financial models that support our expansion. You will own the quantitative frameworks for forecasting, unit economics, and long-range planning.
Data Extraction & Analysis: Act as the bridge between Finance and Data. You will write SQL queries to pull raw data, ensuring our financial projections are grounded in real-time operational reality.
Strategic Analysis Support: Prepare and deliver high-quality quantitative and presentation materials to support ongoing strategic analyses, including supporting materials for Board of Directors, Investors, Health System Partner discussions, and other key executive initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical leadership to provide data-driven insights. You will help stakeholders navigate their P&Ls and identify levers for growth and efficiency.
Variance & KPI Tracking: Monitor business performance against targets. You will be responsible for identifying the "why" behind the numbers and communicating those findings to leadership.
Process Optimization: Help refine and automate our financial reporting and data workflows to ensure we can move faster as the organization grows.
Experience: 2–4 years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Economic Consulting, Business Analytics, or a similar high-intensity analytical role.
High-Velocity Background: Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or high-ambiguity environments where you are required to pivot quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
Technical Mastery:
SQL: Proficiency is required. You should be comfortable navigating databases and joining tables to get the answers you need.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: You are an expert modeler who prioritizes accuracy, scalability, and clean architecture.
Analytical Mindset: You possess a "first principles" approach to problem-solving. You don’t just execute a task; you seek to understand the underlying business drivers.
Communication: Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for various stakeholders across the company.
Education: Undergrad degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
